Consumer brands are experiencing new ways to build loyalty amongst customers, or find new ones.

They're building new revenue streams, enhancing customer experience, and improving operational efficiency.

But their biggest win out of all of this: they're learning.

These brands are testing what works and what doesn't. They're seeing customer reaction up close and personal. Which is important, because some things have worked really well. And some haven't!

Here's the thing: they're getting Wiser! all the time. Whilst the laggards are losing ground.

Bloomberg Intelligence estimates the Metaverse market will reach nearly $800 billion by 2024.
