The Utility of Emerging Technologies
As technology continues to advance, consumer brands are finding new ways to reach and engage with customers. Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), blockchain technology, crypto, drones and 3D printing, all offer exciting opportunities for brands to build stronger relationships with their customers, improve their internal operations and enhance their brand value.
In this eBook, entitled "The Utility of Emerging Technologies", I explore the ways in which emerging technologies are changing the world for consumer brands. I provide 25 real-life use-cases of consumer brands that are using these technologies to personalise the customer experience, create immersive brand experiences, and enhance the customer journey.
Plus I include numerous other examples, broken down by the different technologies, for how consumer brands are innovating with emerging technologies to enhance loyalty amongst existing customers, win new market share, and streamline customer operations.
Brands like Adidas, Budweiser, Nike, Mercedes-Benz, and L'Oréal are using emerging technologies to build stronger relationships with their customers and set themselves apart from the competition. Through this book, you will learn the ways in which these brands and others take advantage of emerging technologies to provide personalised experiences, immersive brand experiences, and stronger relationships.
The 25 consumer brand use cases in this book are:
- Alfa Romeo
- Home Depot
- Procter & Gamble
- Snapple (Dr Pepper)
- State Farm Insurance
- Tommy Hilfiger
- Yves Saint Laurent
These brands set themselves apart from the competition and set themselves up for success in the next generation of our digital future.
Whether you're a marketer, business owner, or simply interested in the future of brand strategy, this eBook provides valuable insights on how emerging technologies can help you build a stronger brand.

Notion AI was used to write this book
Here's how I did it. I selected 25 of the consumer brand use cases in the Brand Strategy Collection and then used Notion AI to rewrite the summaries in a consistent format. The source data was mine, collected from publicly available content on the Internet.
I used Notion AI to speed up the formatting and produce consistent summaries across the 25 use cases.
Notion and Notion AI are at the heart of everything I do for the Wiser! newsletter. From automating the clipping of web pages and organising into my master reference database, to task management, content planning and, of course, hosting the Brand Strategy Collection as an external web page.
I use Notion and Notion AI for just about everything. For the things I could not do with Notion, I used Canva and Canva AI for all artwork, Bard and Bing AI for background research and Pi for content strategy.
